Spitwater Model SW110 is a heavy-duty industrial hot water high pressure cleaner for the big cleaning jobs where single-phase 240V power is the only option. Designed and built in our Albury manufacturing plant, Spitwater Model SW110 is truly a gem. 240 Volt, single-phase powered, it offers users all of the benefits expected of a large industrial hot water high pressure cleaner and more. The machine offers 12 L/min of hot or cold water at 1650 psi pressure – the largest in its class.
The heart of the machine is the brass headed pump with ceramic pistons – ideal for our water conditions. Nothing that touches water will corrode! The pump is direct-coupled to a 3 hp, 240 Volt, single-phase motor which requires a 15 Amp power outlet, making this a serious cleaning machine! The machine is manufactured in a locally made zinc-annealed and powder-coated chassis with the Spitwater trademark stainless steel cover.
Model SW110 is fitted with a large water cooling tank. This tank acts like a radiator in a car and is designed to allow full, 100% water by-pass in trigger-closed mode. This is real protection for the machine from pump over-heating. Competitive models offer a feed tank but by-pass water back, directly, to pump head. The Spitwater cooling tank is a genuine by-pass tank with water being drawn from and returned to it when trigger is closed and machine is operating.
To heat pressurised water, the machine is fitted with a 37 m long, ⅜ inch diameter, genuine, seamless, mild steel coil, manufactured at the Spitwater factory. The coil is fitted to the machine in a horizontal position, allowing cleaner burning, less sooting and longer coil life.
Using chemicals, such as truck wash or degreaser with Model SW110 is simple – machine is fitted with an adjustable chemical dispenser venturi and a 10 Litre container.
Machine controls are very simple: machine on/off switch, burner switch, temperature regulating thermostat and detergent metering control are all located on the machine control panel.
Model SW110 is supplied standard with 10 metres of heavy-duty, 3/8 inch diameter, high pressure hose, high quality heavy duty Vega gun with back part of lance and a dual stainless steel front part of lance with a high and low pressure valve.
Optional accessories available for this machine include longer hose lengths at 15, 20, 30 or 40 m; hose reel that mounts conveniently at the front of the machine for easier hose storage; turbo lance which will increase washing effect of the machine to 2,400 psi; and a foam gun for easier and more efficient cleaning.
Model SW110 is absolutely ideal for many industrial applications including earthmoving equipment, truck owners owners, large workshops and on-farm use. It is built tough for tough Australian working conditions and will remove heavy dirt and grease with ease.
